Studio davidpompa is a group of engineers, designers and makers based in both Mexico City and Austria, expressing culture and experience through their work. Innovation and growth is pushed through their use of a wide range of materials: black clay, talavera ceramic, handblown recycled glass, brass, copper, and in this case volcanic stones.

Their latest piece, Meta, is a timeless pendant lamp made of volcanic rock and black powder coated aluminum. It’s simple and modern, but the craftsmanship and use of materials makes it unlike any other lamp you’ve seen. Imagine a chandelier of these!
