Sep 10 Stainless Steel Straws

Plastic straws (well, plastic in general) are kind of a hot issue recently. Mostly because in 2011, when he was 9 years old, Milo Cress calculated that Americans use about 500 million straws everyday. He's recently stated that may have been an overestimation, but incorrect calculations aside, we use a lot of straws. Luckily for the Earth, people and companies, including Starbucks, have been trying to change that. Get on board B.A.B.ies!

We found these black stainless steel straws on Amazon that have patented comfort tips for an improved sipping experience. And the most exciting part is they make thick straws for boba drinks! Don't know what boba is? Maybe we'll have to cover that in another post later.
