B.A.B. Visits Mast Coffee

B.A.B. Visits Mast Coffee

Activated charcoal is a relatively new health trend, and is an ingredient in things like cold pressed juice, bread, toothpaste as a whitening agent, and ironically a bunch of desserts. Although it supposedly improves kidney and intestinal function, we think it's popularity is mostly due to the fact that it makes everything look bad ass, which is okay by us.

When our friends and owners of Mast Coffee, Mike Sanchez and Stephen Mentze, offered to make us a charcoal latte in their private cafe/showroom, we were of course stoked. So we took our first B.A.B. family trip to their digs and dragged our good friend Alina along to document our visit. We also had the privilege of being poured up by nationally ranked latte pourer Sam Balean.

We had a great time with the Mast Coffee family and we thank them so much for welcoming us in and for the yummy lattes. And a huge thank you to Alina Sanson for the fantastic pictures.

Don't forget to keep up with Mast Coffee on Instagram @mastcoffeeco and their website...
